I earned my master’s degree in psychology at the University of Warsaw, and I am currently attending postgraduate training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I previously completed undergraduate studies in psychology and Polish philology in the United States at the University of Michigan. I am a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.
I gained my clinical experience at the Mieczyslaw Kaczynski Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lublin and the PsychoMedic Clinic in Warsaw.
I specialize in working with people with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and personality disorders.
I approach each client with respect and openness, using proven therapeutic methods derived from cognitive behavioral therapy and schema therapy. In addition, I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest empirical research to provide safe and effective help to my clients. I submit my work for supervision on a regular basis.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to true crime podcasts, working out, or playing guitar. I’m also currently working on scientific research focused on using mindfulness interventions to treat behavioral addictions.
