Psychologist in Mokotów

I earned my master’s degree in psychology at the University of Warsaw, and I am currently attending postgraduate training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I previously completed undergraduate studies in psychology and Polish philology in the United States at the University of Michigan. I am a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (PTTPB) and the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).

I gained my clinical experience at the Mieczyslaw Kaczynski Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lublin and the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw.

I specialize in working with people with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and personality disorders.

I approach each client with respect and openness, using proven therapeutic methods derived from cognitive behavioral therapy and schema therapy. In addition, I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest empirical research to provide safe and effective help to my clients. I submit my work for supervision on a regular basis.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to true crime podcasts, working out, or playing guitar. I’m also currently working on scientific research focused on using mindfulness interventions to treat behavioral addictions.

Consultations are available in Polish or English.
